Charey Care UK is a specialist domiciliary care provider that provides other health care related services such as temporal staffing, supported living and domestic cleaning services.
We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission ( CQC) to provides a regulated activity of personal care to the following service user bands.
- Children age 4-12
- Children age 13-18
- Adult age 18-65
- Adult age 65+
- Physical disability
- Dementia
- Mental health
As home care service provider, we actively promote independence and a supported living services to private client, CHC clients and those funded by their local authority, encouraging our service users well being and choices while providing value for money. we also specialize in offering patient-centred care to our valued clients in the comfort of their homes within the west midlands and its surrounding areas.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
Our aim is to set the standard in the care sector by delivering exceptional quality care with a team who have a real passion for delivering person-centred care with dignity, respect and honesty, which is valued by our service users. We will be available to our service users 24 hours a day, every day of the year. We will regularly check and monitor the services that our service users are receiving to ensure that we are working to the highest possible standards. It is Charey Care UK’s policy to always listen to the needs and wishes of the service users, both at the initial assessment and then at regular reviews. In this way the service users are actively involved in creating the care package that is person-centred and outcome focused.
Charey Care UK provides services in the homes of the service users whenever required and, in the manner, requested. Every care plan is fully adaptable to meet the ever-changing needs of the service user. No detail is too small to warrant a change. It is realised that the small attentions to detail are important to service users and therefore it is essential that all wishes, and preferences of service users are noted and considered. Charey Care UK develops their care plans to be outcome driven and therefore are created with flexibility to suit the individual. Charey Care UK’s policies and procedures are written in compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008, Care Act 2014 and the Care Quality Commission’s Essential Standards of Quality and Safety. At all times, Charey Care UK believes that the rights of the Client are paramount.
